About Financial Assistance:  Due to the nature of cancer treatment, many women are unable to work during this time or must cut back on their work assignments.  At the same time, cancer patients often incur heavy medical expenses.  Consequently, many of those who would most benefit from the therapeutic cancer recovery programs are not in a position to pay for it. 

Understanding this stressor, the founders of Healing Odyssey made a commitment that no one would be turned away because of inability to pay.  Partial and full financial assistance are available when your decision to attend is based on your ability to pay. Your request for financial support is confidential.

As a nonprofit organization, grants from corporate and family foundations, charitable donations and fundraising events support the actual costs of the therapeutic cancer recovery program, provide financial assistance funds to those in need and support our follow-up activities and events.
